
Yellowtail Hamachi

Of course you can choose to briefly grill the Hamachi in a red-hot pan, but Sashimi Hamachi is actually much better!

Marinated Yellowtail Hamachi
I N G R E D I E N T S | 4 Persons
- 1 Yellowtail Hamachi fillet
- 150ml Soy sauce
- Steamed rice
- Sesame seeds, cress, seaweed to garnish

Marinate the Yellowtail Hamachi in soy sauce for about 30 minutes.

Slice the Yellowtail Hamachi in very thin slices (Sashimi) and add to a steaming bowl of rice.

Sprinkle with sesame seed, cress and chopped seaweed
