Marinated Yellowtail Hamachi

  • 1 Yellowtail Hamachi fillet
  • 150ml Soy sauce
  • Steamed rice
  • Sesame seeds, cress, seaweed to garnish

D I R E C T I O N S

  1. Marinate the Yellowtail Hamachi in soy sauce for about 30 minutes.
  2. Slice the Yellowtail Hamachi in very thin slices (Sashimi) and add to a steaming bowl of rice.
  3. Sprinkle with sesame seed, cress and chopped seaweed
