Spicy Noodle soup with Catfish

I N G R E D I E N T S | 4 Persons                       

  • 400 g Catfish fillet
  • 100 g Rice Noodles
  • 1 Onion
  • 100 g Fresh cabbage
  • 1 Carrot
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 60 ml Olive oil
  • 70 g Green curry paste
  • 400 ml Water
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 100 g Peas
  • 4 tablespoons Soy sauce

 

D I R E C T I O N S

  1. Boil the rice noodles in salted water until soft, rinse under cold water and put aside.
  2. Chop the onion, fresh cabbage, carrot and slice the mushrooms. Heat a little olive oil in a pan. Add the onions and mushrooms to the pan and season lightly with salt until brown. Add the cabbage and carrots and cook over medium heat until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Heat a little olive oil in a pot with a thick bottom. Add the green curry paste and cook for a few minutes. Then add the water and coconut milk and bring to a boil.
  4. Cut the Catfish fillet into pieces and bring together with the peas to a boil. Season with soy sauce.
  5. To garnish your dish, first put the noodles in the bowl, then the vegetable mixture. And finally pour the curry mixture with fish over the noodles.
