Yellowfin Tuna

Yellowfin tuna, like all tuna fish, falls under the mackerel species. This tuna is a warm-blooded fish and has beautiful red colored fish flesh. Yellowfin tuna is characterized by its cobalt blue to black back with a long yellow belly and dorsal fin. This specie is a very fast growing fish and can reach an age of 9 years.
