Yellowtail Hamachi Sashimi Style

  • 1 Yellowtail Hamachi fillet
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1l Kombu
  • 1l Rice Vinegar

D I R E C T I O N S

  1. Sprinkle the Hamachi fillets with salt. Let stand for 1 hour.
  2. Remove the salt by rinsing it away with water and put the Hamachi fillet together with the Kombu and rice vinegar in a plastic bag. Make sure that the fillet is fully immersed.
  3. Marinade the Hamachi to you preferences 3 to 6 hours.
  4. Serve with soy sauce and a salad that you like.
