Yellowtail Hamachi Sashimi Style
I N G R E D I E N T S | 4 Persons
- 1 Yellowtail Hamachi fillet
- Pinch of Salt
- 1l Kombu
- 1l Rice Vinegar
D I R E C T I O N S
- Sprinkle the Hamachi fillets with salt. Let stand for 1 hour.
- Remove the salt by rinsing it away with water and put the Hamachi fillet together with the Kombu and rice vinegar in a plastic bag. Make sure that the fillet is fully immersed.
- Marinade the Hamachi to you preferences 3 to 6 hours.
- Serve with soy sauce and a salad that you like.
