Grilled Scampi with tomato tapenade

I N G R E D I E N T S | 4 Persons                       

  • 1kg Scampi’s 
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1,5 tablespoon olive oil
  • Rosemary
  • Capers
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 4 slices of bread
  • Lettuce

D I R E C T I O N S

  1. Put together tomatoes, olive oil, rosemary, capers, garlic and onion to make a tapenade.
  2. Grill the Scampi’s over high heat in a grill pan. Turn regularly that both sides colors.
  3. In the meantime, grill some bread until nice and crispy.
  4. Place the tapenade with the Scampi’s on it on the plate and garnish with the bread and a fresh salad.
